I'd like to host incall somewhere very convenient to the Downtown Toronto. Any other suggestions would be welcome and much appreciated.

I am thinking Eaton Chelsea, bE SixFifty, Bond Place and Holiday Inn at Bloor Yorkville.. Thanks !!!

The Holiday Inn on Bloor is extremely rundown.
I'd even say so is the Sheraton nowadays, but I think they are going through some interior restructuring. Bay and Queen, 2 minutes from Eatons and PATH accessible.

The Holiday Inn by Yonge and College is a better option if you want that chain of hotels. 5 minutes from the eaton centre and two seconds from College Subway

If you are looking for nicer looking rooms, I'd suggest One King West or the Hilton by University and Richmond.
Also the Intercontinental by Simcoe and Front or the Fairmount Royal York or even the Kind Edward Omni Hotel are all right downtown and a breeze to check into.

They don't ask questions/look at you funny and if you dress impeccable upon check in and are friendly, complimentary upgrades usually occur, regardless of whether you've booked via a third party like Hotwire or Priceline or with their reservation line.
First impressions are everything.

*One King West, the Hilton and the Fairmount are all PATH accessible too, which is a bonus for a lot of people.

*Also either of the Hyatts (Peter & King or Avenue and Bloor) are really nice too. The Park Hyatt is slightly better due to their no key access elevators at anytime. The other Hyatt has key access after 10 or 11 I think on weekends.

Other Key Elevator Access Hotels: One King West after 8PM and the Sheraton after Midnight, the Cosmopolitan ALL the time and the Pantages boutique hotel by eatons (I forget if it's all the time or after a certain evening period...maybe like 8 too? Don't quote me on that), Le Germain by the ACC all the time and all the 5-star ones at all times (Trump, Ritz and Shangri-La).

The Soho Metropolitan on Wellington is nice too, just really inconvenient for drivers due to traffic and construction in the area, although parking is easy.
The Westin by the lake and the Renaissance hotel beside the Rogers centre are fine, just extremely out of the way for most people.

PM me if you would like information regarding deposits and average fees for any of these hotels, payment options such as debit, visa or cash policies AND as well as the best type of rooms to ask for. :)

***Also, I've noticed if you roll up to a hotel like you are a frequent flyer or stayer (always arrive with a suitcase) and request things normal people don't, (Like which view you would prefer or naming what they call the rooms: "Superior/Executive suites, etc) you get SO much more out of your stay....breakfasts, wifi in rooms, complimentary waters and fruits, etc...FOR FREE.

My favourite is the Hilton on Richmond. Very friendly staff and valet parking but if you are unfamiliar with the area getting there is quite the bitch as it is a mess of one way streets and limited access to Richmond from many corners.
My last trip there was also during a mess of construction. It took me just over an hour to get within 2km from Barrie and another hour to reach the hotel due to the traffic. One way streets+construction+rush hour=big headache.
