hotel recommendations?

I'm going to be in Toronto next week and I was hoping someone could recommend an inexpensive SP friendly hotel downtown. Thanks.

What range are you looking for? There's a good Days in on Charles street just off Yonge. About $100 CDN. There are many other choices. Delta Chelsea, for example. What part of town and what price range? Then maybe you will get som help.

While we're discussing hotels- does anyone know of a cheap 'afternoon rendevouz' kind of hotel/motel in the Don Mills and Eglinton area?

As I mentioned before, I'm looking for something in downtown Toronto. As for price I'm hoping for something in the $70/night can. range if I can find it.

I don't think you can find anything on $70 dollar range. The only budget hotel I know of is Bond Place hotel on east Dundas. It might be around $120 dollars.

Nothing for $70 downtown. Motels on Lakeshore on on Kingston Road maybe. Butr you might freeze your tail off. No $70 SPs either except for crack whores.

Delta Chelsea has been advertising a "Shopper's Special" for $79 Cdn. until Dec. 31

The Sheraton has that too but I think our friend is coming from out of town and wants to stay overnight.

The Grange Hotel on Spadina and Queen is $79.99 for one night last time I was there. Its more of an apartment complex than hotel. The Alexandria Hotel is in the same area and has similar rates. I don't think that they pay attention to SP's. In fact, my last SP wasn't very discrete. She wore a revealing tight black dress with open-toed platforms, and someone let her into the building. I was surprised when she didn't buzz me and just showed up at my door.
