For a second there I thought some fool rectally insert a hot pepper up his butt.

New Year's resolution (probably going to be the first of many I will break) not to judge people.

How does this feel? Is it more stimulating than passing digested
pepper down through the rectum?
*Sigh*

The New Year has not even started and im going to break a New Year resolution.

Yes being gay or gay curious is socially acceptable or maybe even in.

But wondering how a hot pepper feels like once it has been inserted rectally suggests something seriously troubling and wrong.

Oh well I had hoped I would have been able to not break a resolution before the new year that will teach me to start tracking before the new year starts.

Even Plutonium No. 9 has a nemesis, the world's most inoffensive cheese - mascarpone.

You can buy a sauce made from Carolina Reaper Pepper at the Pepper Palace store in Vaughan Mills (their other location is in Niagara).

Not interested, not into heat without flavour.

I keep a bottle of habanero sauce in my fridge. Used properly it concentrates the flavour of stews and sauces. I've become partial to Sinhalese black pepper, it's more a prickly heat instead of being overpowering. It also has the aftertaste of rosewater. If you eat enough of it, you may have a Tommy Chong experience.

"Yeah, it was Grand Funk".

Had chicken enchiladas liberally sprinkled with habanero sauce (Raw Heat). The title is misleading since habaneros impart the flavour of pine nuts before delivering the heat punch. To ensure I wouldn't suffer this morning I mixed some honey with two tablespoons of ricotta for desert. It's not as hot but Tabasco sauce will hurt you the morning after more than habanero sauce.

Isn't Shaq adorable!

To be fair I wouldn't go near a Pacqui One chip (Carolina Reaper). Starch and copious amounts of capsaicin...that's like shitting razor blades. Shaq must be feelin tender in his sunless region. With starch alone, milk wont help you in the morning.

To add to thread - here's clip from "Mind of a Chef" when Sean Brock tries Nashville Hot Chicken. It's hilarious how the two women watch really skeptically when they ask for the extra hot version - then the two guys start sweating buckets after the first bite:

I like hot food but my stomach always protests the next day. So Zantac is always an appetizer before hot food. Hottest I've ever had were Chilli Padi's in Asia. Definitely felt it the next day. And those probably aren't even on the top 10 list... (Side note: If you're going to experiment with really hot food in Asia - make sure you're staying at a place with a Western style toilet.... LOL!)

I went to The Dirty Bird Chicken and Waffles for lunch it was excellent. They specialize in Canadian Style Fried Chicken, that title is deceptive. I ordered three pieces of chicken for my meal, I asked the drumstick to be hot - it was excruciating! The hot chicken is coated with spice called maple syrup dust. Maple syrup in it's liquid form is lovely stuff, take the water out and it's hotter than a ghost pepper. Take a bite and it has a lovely maple syrup flavour, then the heat hits you like a tsunami!

The best episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm usually involve Funkhauser. The Palestinian Chicken episode is perhaps the funniest.

Bob Einstein (Funkman) has mellowed. These days the only part of him getting destroyed is his dignity.

Yes jalapenos and tabasco sauce gives me heartburn as well Missy. I try not to use Zantac that often, if you take too much of it it loses its effect. Chipotle and habanero sauce doesn't cause me heartburn, it could be that less vinegar is used as an ingredient.
