+1 for Canada-man - I agree - see someone - happy life is not only a happy wife but a happy us - my wife loves sex but there are many things involved.

If you are focused on career/money - it is very tough to get involved with someone at work, especially someone new - you never really know a 'true' agenda - plus HR issues, etc. Stick to the career, be friendly, don't have any closed door meetings - keep it public - there is always he said she said.

Um I think you can skip the head shrinker if you are looking to figure to this one out. Man in his 40s, still loves sex (especially with hot younger ones), wife with lower sex drive, all focus now on the kids.

Its this common dynamic that fuels the entire adult industry.

That said I do not recommend pursuing the woman at work. I had a girl at work ask to meet me under the pretense of career advice. I expected it to be an afternoon meeting in the office but she suggested meeting after work at a local wine bar. She clearly wore her sexiest professional wear that day and it became clearer as we spoke that career wasn't top of mind.

I still stick to what I said above. But if you really want to do it, wait till she leaves or quits for another job then she's all game. I noticed usually older women love flirting with anyone at the office pretty much as long as they get that attention and the signals of being wanted but then when you want to stick your dick in, she freaks out.
