Out and about.
I suppose that out of the thousands of kids that play hockey, a few of them will make it to the pro's. Same for basketball and golfing. And I also suppose that out of the thousands of SP's and Strippers there are, a few of them wil get out early and move on with their lives too.
But let's try to keep things simple and in perspective.
Generally most women are in this for money and for the long haul. They are in the sex trade. And the reason they were able to get into and stay in it, is that the resulting money is more important than their self esteem. That's why very few of them go around telling their parents (and kids if they have them) and others what they do. It's not a good thing.
They didn't believe in themselves enough to think they could have made it "out there"in the real world.
Why? Who knows. Could be the parents, their childhood, their lack of esteem or self worth, self confidence, or just a need to get some positive attention in their lives.
In the end, I've known of very few if any successful relationships guys have had with SP's. In the beginning the guys are infatuated, and a few months later they want the girls to change. That's because guys have an inherent need to fix things. And we all want to believe that we are the one she'll leave the business for.
Forget it. They'll rip you apart while you are waiting for them to change because it's a change that YOU want, not them.
BTW: hobbying like some of us do is dangerous. We start to look at more and more SP's as potential girlfriends - a dangerous move. And we end up forgetting that there are thousands of hot, intelligent well adjusted females out there just dying to meet a great guy. Ask a woman at a bar how many good guys she thinks are available and I'll bet she says not many. Now that's what I call opportunity.

Horror stories....

First of all u guys picked a dangerous topic...analysis of the of the mind of a sex trade worker...brave aren't you? Having said that their are some things I think some of you should take into consideration.

Saying that there is no possible good to come from a relationship with a stw is flawlled. period. How could u so generalize anyone who has made a consious choice as to how they conduct their lives?
However it does take more than one individual to make a relationship (or break one). So would it be safe to assume that given an open, honest relationship where both parties understand each others limitations ( i will come back to this one in a minute), respect and support each other mentally, physically and emotionally that this relationship is doomed to failure? I think not. That would depend on more factors than just one parties job. People in relationships interact on many levels and it is only in the breakdown of any or many of these levels of communication that problems commense.

By understanding each others limitations is it not understood that ALL relationships come to a point where one must give in order to be given? Everyone has limitaions. It is a measure of an individuals' strength (and weakness) that we come to terms with our own weaknesses and push past them. Hense are the great ones GREAT. This is a basic premise installed in us from childhood...if not at home then in school as well as it is LAW for those living on the street or for those incarcerated. Having said that, common practice and council states.....relationships ONLY work when there is an equal give and take....anything else should then not only be questioned but given seen as detrimental to both parties (giver and taker).

I could go on.....but I think I have reached those who need/WANT to be reached.
In simple terms......treat others as you yourself wish/want to be treated.....it usually will work. Communication will ALWAYS solve more more than negativity ever will.

my 2 (or should I say 3!) cents.
