Pronoun users and the terminally online seem to almost relish perceived offenses and microaggressions. So hiring managers probably would overlook them if they feel they could end up be disruptive influences in their facilities. People need to remember, companies don't care about you as a person, they care about what added value you bring to their enterprise.

Actually, some companies, all government agencies and universities have quotas.
Example: Elizabeth Warren got admitted to Harvard claiming to be indigenous.

Almost all of the employees I have managed/directed of all backgrounds, races, politics. "alpha" or "beta" ness have been good
But of the handful I have had bigger problems with over the years, they fit into one of two groups- the so called "alpha male" type or the ex government worker (no matter the background)
They don't want to listen to direction, feel entitled to do whatever the hell they want. Bad attitude want everything given to them without putting in the work or grind. Always blaming others or trying to offload work to others.

No, she didn't. First, this is Faux News and other right-wing "news" outlets propaganda to smear her. Second, she was hired to teach law at Harvard, no be a student. And, after a review of the actual facts (including documents and interviews with those who did the hiring), Harvard did not consider her indigenous status when it made the hiring decision. Now, did she say she had First Nations ancestors? Yes, because her and her brothers were told by their parents that they did. Sort of like if someone told you you had Scottish blood somewhere from back when. You would take it at face value. And, as far as anyone can see, Warren never used her alleged status to get benefits or affirmative action hiring.
I will say this about her stupid video: Where the fuck does she work? In a professional work place, this sort of shit wouldn't matter. I work with people who use pronouns, and they are as hard working as anyone. And they don't fuck shit up for no reason, even if an old fuck like me accidentally misgenders them. I've worked in many office environments with a multitude of religious beliefs and sexual orientations. I do not walk on egg shells because I am not an asshole that would say something that would offend these groups. Now, it sounds like she's the type who believes the US First Amendment gives you the right to say all sorts of horrible things and not face consequences for them....And is probably bitter that HR had a talk with her for saying something offensive, which has become a conservative point of pride for some reason.
