Your US budget is I would expect very similar to our Canadian one. each year the taxpayers end up footing the bill for all kinds of stupid things just to keep special interests happy. I firmly believe that huge savings could be found by simply eliminating the crap. the only ones that those eliminated programs would effect are the hangers on who thrive on that money. Fuck them, thats taxpayers money and properly belongs to the people who produced it.


I would love to have a common sense party that could look at each program come budget time and decide using everyday common sense like we each must do when we decide to buy something. Size of the number shouldn't matter, if the idea is just stupid, don't fnd it.
