Its a horrible thing what happened to his mother and him. I think he should be allowed to attend the parole hearing, if the victim is usually allowed to attend. If they feel he is a security risk, then they can keep him physically apart from the prisoner and have a coupla beefy guards at his side, so if he acts inappropriately, he can be removed. I don't understand what the problem is. Are they afraid he will offend the killer's sensibilities if he jumps up and screams, "You fucking murderer...you deserve to die," before he can be removed from the proceedings?
