Glad you found something hon.

Keyra, very sweet of you to try and come to my rescue. Unfortunately I didn't get to see your msg until much later. I thought I had PMs set to alert me by email, but did not. In haste I turned to craigslist for my fix, and luckily I had a very nice time with Bobbi. I was a little wary as I had read some negative reviews here. The lesson of the night was to not put too much weight into reviews; good or bad. I really put the 'mileage' into YMMV tonight... what a brutal drive home with the construction! I think I'll save my next K-W adventure for when I'm passing by instead of making the drive exclusively to hobby.
Alls well that ends well
Hey Dubz.
When you didn't write back that night, I just figured you'd gotten through to PS right after putting up your post, so I was happy you'd eventually gotten what you were looking for. I didn't realize it was somewhere else, lol! But again, I'm glad that your trip wasn't a total waste of time. It *is* true, though - Guelph *is* on the way back from Mississauga, so if you're ever in K-W again, don't hesitate to call me - you can make a "pit-stop" on your way home!
At the same time, you don't have to wait for your next business trip, either. You can still make a trip to this area exclusively to hobby, as I *never* double-book, so if you ever wanted to make an appointment with me, you can rest assured I'm going to keep it!

Indeed this sort of thing happens regularly. This was certainly not the first time it's happened to me. I wasn't terribly upset, I just felt a bit marooned being somewhere I'm unfamiliar with. Hobbyists are as much to blame for this as anyone. They make appointments and don't show up, practically necessitating double-booking just to keep things moving. Perhaps Breanna took me for a flake and made a business decision.
Hey now, hon, don't be so hard on yourself. You're practically blaming yourself for this issue. Let me remind you of something: If it really *was* a double-booking leaving you out in the cold,
it's not your mistake, it was theirs - and it's bad business to do it! As Calloway has already pointed out, if they thought you were some kind of flake and double-booked you, then that was wrong. Period.
So like I said, if you're interested let me restore your faith in hobbying: Send me a PM, book me for a day/time that works for you, and I promise that I'll be right here waiting for you. (Wasn't that a song, lol?) I may not be able to restore your faith in agencies, but maybe you'll start taking more looks at some nice indy girls. ;-)
To sum up: 1) Stop blaming yourself. 2) Call me. 'Nuff said.
