I have just learned that my most favourite Massage Parlour has been charged under the Toronto "Body Rub" by-law for OFFERING (not giving) a body rub without a license. But the place has a "holistic license" and the provider has many massage diploma's which are posted all over the place. The case is coming to court soon and the owner needs some advice. Advice please!!
