As the expedition continues I booked an appointment with Heidi. She has been around for a long time and most of you know of her.

I’ll keep this brief. I don’t always know when I’ll be in Durham, as such reliability is a huge concern for me. SPs that are available on any given day are hit and miss. After a few previous missed attempts, I was able to connect with Heidi earlier this week.
