FYI, PrEP cuts HIV acquisition risk by 85%+. Having said that, the risk of getting HIV from a lady with uncontrolled HIV without condom, with vaginal sex, is less than 1 in 1000. A broken condom or a bit secretion exposure….outrageously rare. As well, it is exceptionally rare to get HIV by performing oral sex on a lady or having a BBBJ on you. Virtually unheard of.

DoxyPEP uses doxycycline to reduce the risk of syphilis and chlamydia, by about 75%. Questionable benefit for gonorrhoea.

Just info here, no recommendations. I partake every month or so, and only use condoms. No PrEP, no DoxyPEP. All fine after about a decade.
Do you partake in bbbj? I do and no issues to date - working on confirmation bias 😉

Great to see people concerned about health and hygiene.

I personally do brush/use mouth wash and clean thoroughly before and after each session. Can I assume most providers follow a similar routine? Especially the ones who offer DFK + bbbj to everyone

Hi darling, almost every single will do so but that is purely just for hygiene. Washing your mouth after a session doesn't stop the spread of STI's. Testing and using protection is the only thing that will help prevent STI's.
