I don't understand what the fuss this thread is about. It's been overflogged and a tired topic, do a quick search under 411 here. Even if one feels a provder is overtly racist in their poster, there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it, they cannot be taken to Canadian Human Rights Commission because the industry/trade is unregulated and not recognized (not Officially under Canadian Professions/trades/occupation metrics), they cannot be taken to a licensed professional body for adjudication or censure because this does not exist. Yes, it is evident that the OP felt mistreated or annoyed by the experience but that's life. Shit happens. Consider that you ducked a bullet: I assure you you would have had a very shitty experience with Isabel. Move on to a provider that doesn't screen out clients on the basis of race or ethnicity. There are a dime a dozen out there.
