Yup. It all depends on the girl, whether she's aware he's going to be doing things like this, and whether she's OK with it.
Women are remarkably different in their comfort level with this kind of thing. With my present wife I often sleep with her boob cupped in my hand, it's just how we sleep. My previous girlfriend didn't like me touching her boobs at all ever unless we were actually making out or having sex. i agree with most of this statement. if you got a girl and you talk before and she says she is into it, it is cool, if she wakes up and says stop you stop.
As far as I'm concerned, if she is asked in advance if it's okay to have sex with her while she's asleep, then she was given the option of saying no, and doing so is consensual.
