It's possible to have an erection against your will, it's also possible a woman would force herself on you at this time.
It's more likely that an instrument would be used, wouldn't this violation also be considered rape?
This raises an interesting point. It is certainly possible to have an "involuntary" or "non-voluntary" erection - i.e. one which occurs without full consciousness or subject to the control of volition. An erection which occurs during a "wet dream", even though influenced by (perhaps) some libidinous dream, rather than (say) the pressure of a full bladder, would certainly qualify as an involuntary erection -though it is important to remember that it is possible to emit without being erect (as any MP will tell you).

But an erection, or even just an emission, while being in a state wherein the individual is not in control of the volition, does not imply that such physiological carrying on can take place in a situation wherein there is blatant force or seriously aggressive behaviour visited upon an innocent.

As in the case of domination or humiliation practices, there would have to be involved a measure of both acquiescence and enjoyment. An erection that is the outcome of a brutish sexual assault would be a contradiction in terms, as , I believe, anyone who has been brutalized will agree.

Of course, it is correct to say that the use of an instrument would constitute sexual assault (or rape, to use your terminology) if it is done against one's will.

And naturally, any person who takes advantage of someone who happens to be physiologically receptive to sexual predation while being in an involuntary state - a person (say) who is "aroused" while sleeping or in the grip of a drug-induced libidinous state, would certainly risk a charge of sexual assault for their opportunism.
