Resistance should be against an occupying armed force, which would be the Israeli military and not against civilians. October 7 attacks against civilians was a war crime by Hamas.

Agreed.
But its still unknown how any civilians vs soldiers were killed by Hamas and how many civilians killed by Israelis through the Hannibal Doctrine.
Hamas should be investigated as should Israel.
