Fair enough that it might not help his case. But the reporter who found that and posted it on Twitter makes me sick.

She posted it completely out of context, even cropping out the caption, and said in her tweet "is this Alec taunting the sheriff who's investigating the accident?"

No, obviously not. It's a picture from his wife's Instagram where his wife explained it. Alec drew a picture of himself dying while his wife ignores him. Absolutely no reason to assume that's him taunting the sheriff.

I can't believe they even got a warrant for the phone in the first place. Like what info/data is even supposed to be there? His notes to himself about how he will use real ammo instead of prop? talk about fishing expeditions omg

I kinda agree with you, but its a very strange picture to draw when you just killed somebody
(whether thats by accident or not)
