just a hunch but probably because there is no evidence that he knew the weapon had a live round in it when he fired as the script called for?
I don't know what's going on tbh. They subpoenaed his cell phone but he has yet to turn it over. That tells me that they have probable cause to suspect him for something.

Baldwin is a darling of the left. Like Cuomo, like the scumbag murderer of Ashli Babbitt, like the lying POS Strzok the swamp takes care of their own. I'm not really a New Mexico criminal lawyer, I just play one on TREB. Does appear to be involuntary manslaughter at worse. Time will tell if and what he will be charged.
