I generally don't chime into these types of conversations as it tends to fuel one's issues of hatred and need to dehumanize another. Issues of power and control? Perhaps his mom abused him and now he needs to get back at a vulnerable population? That being said, I would like to inform others who may stumble come across these very subjective opinions that there's always two sides to one story. I can attest to the fact that for someone who only does a handful of bookings each month that most of these bookings are with those I've previously met. These guys are darlings; they show up with a bottle of wine, a gift and a positive attitude. The positive and respectful attitude being the most important thing! I never expect gifts but these things altogether set a tone and the booking always goes well. If for some reason an arrangement doesn't go well there's always atleast one reason for that. I don't do well with men who act entitled. As I make known when asked, some things are at my discretion. If for instance someone shows and even after they freshen up and use mouthwash they have an awful odour I'm turned off. Health issues can cause this but that's out of my control. Additionally, if you've failed to ask me before the appointment for specifics and arrive and find out during that I'm not open to whatever it is - that's not my fault as you never asked beforehand. An example of this would be anything bb. I don't take risks. Please talk to your GP about the risks of anything bb before you try to argue with me about what is/isn't safe especially during a booking. Believe it or not, some people will even show up with visible STIs and that's definitely a no-go for me. THIS shouldn't even be mentioned beforehand and definitely is a deal-breaker. I'm always honest if you ask me beforehand about what I'm open to. Bookings tend to go sour for the above mentioned reasons. I almost forgot to mention, if you short change me that's also another reason. It's always awkward to have to address this issue. My rates and any additional info related to my rates are explicitly noted on my website. Lastly, only a tiny fraction of a special population of clients access review boards and post dehumanizing things. I wonder why that is?
