Recently I have received a rash of PM's from brand new members requesting explicit details of encounters with certain providers. I'm all for information sharing. But when the post count is less than 10, I become suspicious that it could be LE. Call me paranoid. But I don't want to take my chances with someone I don't know. I'm not try to be rude or anything, just cautious.

I hear what you are saying. I don't like it when new members send me private messages asking for things when I haven't seen them post anything. When I first started posting I helped out some of the new members, but some of them didn't even bother posting reviews. Some like to take, but some don't like to give. I like the newbies that introduce themselves to the board. At least I know that they are willing to contribute; otherwise, I don't respond to messages from newbies whom I haven't seen post.

Being a new member myself, I haven't even found to need for more than out on these threads--they're mostly pretty good as far as what things one might want to try.

I've received a few PM's from newbies asking for additional info on a lady I posted about.

*LOL* - just recently I got a PM from an obvious shill for an agency that will remain nameless. In it the guy said he read a post from me in a thread I hadn't even seen yet, then urged me to see so and so from "X".

I don't think so.

That is a good question, notenufmuff, and while I tend to hold back on the main board, I generally have no qualms giving terbites the dirty details via pm. I may be less forthcoming from now on with newbies.

we newbies have to start somewhere

I've PM'd a senior member 100o+posts and got a great response. I'll admit I didn't ask for graphic details, just a reccomendation on who to choose.

PM's are valueable to us newbies.

I've had that also. I generally do not give any details that could get a MP or attendant (I'm almost a 100% MP guy) in trouble -now more then before. Vague details on extras, usefull information of ladies looks or personalities and YMMV is all I say now. But, what is weird is that I've also received unsolicited explicit details on where to get extra "extras".

Unless I know they have many posts which includes useful information I do not share anything explicit. Its not that somebody with 300+ posts can't be LE but with that many I can do a search on their posts and cross-reference them with my experiences to determine their validity. If it seems safe after that then maybe I will share also, but I'll still be cautious.
