Hi! I put up an ad on craigslist FOR myself yesterday. So far I've got nothing but fake responses from posers who ultimately ask me for a credit card number. Has anyone actually met someone? I'm talking about non sp's.

Yes, I have met ladies that way. But it sure is a crap shoot. For sure there are scammers, but they are fairly obvious so I don't respond to them and its never gotten to the point where they have asked for my credit card. I think your success will partly depend on what you are looking for and how you approach it.
Uhh, I think the OP meant meeting people in "relationship" section and not exotic services.you know as much as I do believe a lot of the ads on there are scams, there are a lot of guys on there that are also, my girlfriend who is an indie had a guy come, booked for an hour with her and after 45 minutes of being in the room he said he had to go to the washroom and 2 min later ran out the door and front door she was naked though and couldnt run after him obviously but there are guys that walk out, just as much as girls try to scam these guys and ya she should have taken the money first but she didnt think he would run out after 45 min ....
Just be careful for both guys and girls and be super clean .... imagine if the girls werent clean.. which I have heard some arent on CL also... hence why it's so much safer to use an agency, its a must to always take a shower before your appointment

i ment in my situation we both used throw a way emails and fake phone numbers so it was pretty much a romp and good bye.
