Asian agencies view the ladies as interchangeable parts with changeable names and very little reputational risks attach to the agency. The higher prices allow for a greater acceptance of STDs for their ladies. More money to cure and there are more preventative medicines now.
The rise in independent escorting likely helped Seeking. It has a supposed selling point that it isn’t really sex work. Condom use for vaginal sex has been declining in civilian relationships for years, and since the Seeking folks argue they are civilians, not hookers and Johns, there is supposedly less need for condoms for full service.
The trend toward BBBJ was pre-COVID and is grounded in years of scientific statistics. To me, BBBJ is fine BBFS is not.
