Real ads = real ladies working = on the sidelines due to the virus and hence missing in action.

Scammers have ramped up their games knowing there is pent up need from dudes looking and hence you see what you see right now. Keep your wallet safe and sit tight until agencies and well reviewed indies return in full is the best advice right now - if you really want to have a visit go check out the thread in the Indy section that is discussing reviewed Indies that are working right now - not many but there is a few.
