Not SP, but MA gave me free as well as a deeply-discounted session (may as well had been free) as an Christmas gift...and provided SP services.
These girls are like anyone else and have the choice to give you their time freely if they so choose...never expected, but was a very sweet surprise.
Edit to add that she gave me the free session after she pulled a "no-show" (in quotations since the term fits loosely in this particular case).
