Maybe I'm a bit paranoid but was wondering if an undercover cop had ever worked at a massage spa just to gain info for Vice and for the City about what really is going on in these places. Let's say she just works there 3 weeks. She could make note of what the guys ask for in the room and who provided what service. If the guys are asking for this or that then obviously they had that service before. As far as the Licensing part, the girl could do her own security clearance. How could a spa know an applicant is a cop undercover ? I don't believe they could know. Even at Licensing they wouldn't know. There are attractive cops out there especially in Montreal. Now a deeper question. If she was an undercover working in a spa, if she did offer service to a client, would that not represent entrapment ? I understand police in Canada are not allowed to use entrapment. Maybe DaveInPhoenix can chime in here too cause this is an interesting question.
