My friend did it, its like a weight watchers for men. Except he's very expensive, at WW they also give you a plan and when you go weight in they also have a talk. Most diets work, the issue is keeping it up for the long term and understanding that you have to change your eating habits. Check his site for current pricing. It was a few years ago I went and it was about $1000 to reach my target in 6 months. If I didn't reach it, would have to pay more....since I reached my target, I was free to come back for refreshers, weigh ins etc. for life. Dropped in again on occasion for the next year, but it has now been a few years since I have climbed those stairs.What kind of costs are involved?

Basically yes. One of the mantra quotes of Harvey is "I don't eat that anymore..." when I start creeping up in weight, this pops into my head and I get back on track. It is really easy to put on weight if you eat in restaurants (or fast food places)....you really need to watch what you eat, and drink, all the time....which is the difficult bit because we all like to think, "I've been good, I can have some ....."So what do you do when it starts creeping back up?
