Wait, now you trust Hamas numbers and think only 44,000 killed, with 16,000 of them being children make you look ok?

Those are the numbers counted, not the total dead.
There are 20,000 children missing, and who knows how many more buried under rubble. Those numbers don't include those critically injured and dying, those dying of starvation and those who will die because of injuries or health issues caused by a year of starvation and genocide.

Your own link notes that Israel has blocked aid, destroyed the entire health care system and killed 120 journalists who would be counting and reporting those dead.
