Saw this on Canoe:
"The City of Windsor's licencing department will be taking a close look at a recent decision by a Newmarket judge declaring that a masseuse masturbating a male client -- known in the trade as a "manual release" -- as part of a full body massage is not a sexual act and does not constitute prostitution."
Justice Howard Chisvin, of the Ontario Court of Justice in Newmarket, was quoted as saying ""The payment of money was for a full-body massage," Chisvin writes in his decision"
