Been there, very similar to Venice Beach in Los Angeles, both great beaches with excellent scenery, the two legged kind.

Maybe a bit higher than 100:1. The vast majority of males (and females of course) weren't even nude. This beach is way past its best before date. A piece of the former beach is now under water. The far end of the beach was actually sealed by fallen trees and branches.
I saw one of the "Casanovas" walking around as usual (not sure what happened to the other two). There have been complaints in the past about these three on social media including pics of two of them.
Anyway, that was my 3rd visit in the past 5 years and maybe my first and only visit this year.

There was a real laid back west coast hippie vibe with lots of uninhibited very nicely formed young women along with many fully clothed tourists with telephoto lens taking photos to show their kids back home. I was young and very fit (and still had long hair) - so I made a few bbf's (best beach friends) among the regular beach goers. Sadly for me - strictly platonic.
I have never been to Hanlan's Point, or any of the Toronto beaches for that matter, and have no desire to do so.
Not my "scene" and likely the younger crowd would not appreciate me cluttering up their scenery.

Hey, north. There is a "civilian" beach adjacent to the "nude" beach. The lifeguard station is the demarcation line. Yes, it is family friendly and suitable for kids of all ages.
It might be worth your while to go take a look at least once.
haha I was about to call BS until I read your last sentence. Hahaha
a friend of mine used to be a frequent visitor of Hanlans told me it used to be more diverse but now that it’s became popular, things changed especially because of the pandemic which changed it to a club. The best time to go was morning then leave in the afternoon.

It is just south of Malibou. Funny story. I took a pic of a busker doing a juggling act on the beach and he yelled at me because I didn't leave him a tip. I ran. LOL.
Who's gonna be there this weekend? Long holiday weekends are usually a big hit at Hanlan's Point. Even though the weather isn't the best, I'm tempted to return on Monday for my first visit in a couple years. LOL
This is not the Hanlan's of your youth. Much of the beach is now underwater. The textiles outnumber the nudes 100-1.
I tried to go last Sunday. Only one wicket was open and the line-up went around the block and no physical distances.
The higher water levels and the weather are not the only thing that has eroded the quality of the beach. Transportation to and from the beach due to the pandemic and the overwhelming amount of “textiles” versus nudist and the relative scarcity of nude females has taken this place off of my radar for now. This summer is turning out to be close to a write off with Labour Day fast approaching.
I'm old enough to remember when it was fairly common to see nude females alone or in groups. What happened? Answer: Naked nuisance males who think they are Lothario.
BTW: One can avoid the lineup by taking a water taxi ($11 one way).

The beach is more attractive to groups that do not exercise the nude option than it is for naked woman who are there but only as a very small minority. Gawkers and gay men vastly outnumber the nude or even topless females. This coupled with large amounts of hetero textiles and the pandemic explains your observations.
