Yes, and very dissapointed to say the least. Did not even bother staying, just took a look around and all i saw was mostly older naked men.
Hard to play ring toss when all the poles are limp and laying on it's side.

With the floods and the plague, have been to Hanlans only twice in the past 4 years (none so far this year). The beach has changed over the years and not in a good way.

Most of Toronto is nowadays.
During the summer I take my boat over there with a few friends and anchor off the beach we have a blast yes there are a lot of gay men there but there are also a lot of really good looking women who am I have invited on board a few drinks
Hanlans is awesome!!! Have been going for many years for a bit of an escape.
It is divided into more or less three sections for the clothing optional section, which is about 500m.
The north boundary nearest the lifeguard station is mostly clothed groups or couples, some single, having fun and just chillin, some straight, some gay or lesbian.
As you move south towards the middle section it gets more liberal, much less clothing and more nude. More of a party vibe. Still couples, some singles and some groups.
As you pass the tree line on the southern side, near the flag pole, you get into the really crazy party section, mostly gay. Loud music, mostly clothed and mostly gay. It was insane on Sunday there were at least 2,000 people there with full DJ booth set-up.
I prefer the middle section and tend to walk the entire length during the day when I am not tanning (fully naked)
Bring food and drinks, the food selection is sparse at Mermaids Cafe, which is licensed. Most people bring their own booze and food. There are washrooms by the cafe but most people pee in the trees east of the beach. You can also meet women on the beach, which is great, they have an open attitude to nudity which is refreshing.
If you go just expecting to have fun and to relax you will be happy and also meet some great people.

The biggest historic event that ever happened in Hanlans Point was in 1914 where Babe Ruth hit his first professional home run for the
Providence Grays against the Toronto Maple Leafs. He was also the pitcher and threw a one hitter. Sorry, you nudie boys are probably not interested in sports history.
Just before the pathway through the bushes by the airport, there was (last time I was there) a big bush with a picnic table in the middle (not visible from the outside) , perfect for sex inside the bush. Anyone know if that is still there

1) One time I was at the trash bin and a naked woman came up to me and asked if I had any pot. (I did not.)
2) Another time I was sitting on the log fence (see pic below) when a naked woman appeared out of nowhere and came right towards me. As she got really close she turned left and went to two bikes leaning against the log fence to lock them up.

I went yesterday, it was awesome again! Weather was mostly sunny. Great DJ and dancing on the beach later. Got more tan.
Had a couple of women approach me, one we took pictures and have exchanged messages, and the other was just being flirty.
If you are confident and reasonably in shape you will get attention - sometimes unwanted LOL
Look at the Toronto Island weather forecast and go when it is nice. Weekends are really busy. Yesterday the forecast was shitty but it turned out great.
