Hmm i'm soooo confused! lol

Suggestion: For all future parties (Hammer especially). Lets get the organizer to put up an announcement, stating when and where, make it temporarily (untill the dat of the party) a sticky, and CLOSE the thread!

Anyone wantin to confirm their attendance or request further info could pm the organizer.

Heres my thoughts
Party threads should be open for discussion, sticky's should be a privelage ,not a right ,for the benefit of the party goers and organisers.

I havent seen anything in either recent party thread that demonstrates valid reasons to make either of them a sticky.

I plan on attending, I also have no concerns whether its a private party, or an open party, but I myself have recently called the bar and was told that the Bar will NOT be closed to the public for the party, that it indeed will be open to the public, so who does not have the correct facts?
Seems to be a differing of opinion from the organisers and Bar on this point.

I was told also by the bar that they will be open to the general public.
They know what this party is all about...and are going to let everyone in that wants in, I was told.
It makes no difference to myself.

With it open to the general public and with a dangerous offender around...you may want to hire a police officer for protection. that is what your concern should be!!

Strange....Sheik said the same thing in this very thread but then followed up saying that things had been clarified for him. Now I had taken that to mean he was corrected and that the party was private or else he would continue to correct the organizers of the Halloween party, right? After all, "Sheik's dillgence and professionalism helps maintain the legitmacy of the board", right?

We will be dressing up, after all, that is the whole point of going to a halloween party is it not?

French Maids and naughty nurses always make for great costumes on an attractive woman. I Dream of Jeanie works well too. Gosh, the thought of it. I may just have to show up to my first Terb party. Perhaps if the girls gave us an indication as to how they might be dressing, it might convince some of us guys sitting on the fence to show up.
