It did went to Hamas, they are the ruling party....they never improved the lives of Palestinians...Israel has helped Palestinians more than Hamas. There are muslim arabs (Palestinians) who lived and flourished in Israel...there are zero Jews in Gaza since Hamas took the reigns.
