The reports are very clear. Hamas intentionally skewed the data and then silently updated it after the ceasefire, hoping no one would notice. In their statements, they also admit their data collection recorded deaths simply because someone claimed someone had died.
In the other thread, a new guy said the Israelis can't be trusted to tell the truth but here Hamas has openly admitted their claims were wrong; put together with their earlier statements that they were willing to sacrifice civilians for the sake of PR.
