Don't know where they went wrong here, but no one seems to be offering much one of the best 3 pitchers in baseball.

If JP can be believed, Doc told the Jays that he would test the free agent market. I don't know why JP would throw that out for the public, but he did.
JP is obviously not a very good poker player, and hence not a very good GM.
