"Just for Men, Original Formula Men's Hair Color" Remember to go with a shade lighter than you think you hair color is. Hair color actually gets darker as people age, so going a little lighter gives the indicator of vitality. (It is very subtle. Almost unnoticeable to the conscious eye.)
Make sure you apply to the grayest hairs first then spread to rest of hair. And don't leave it in longer than 4.5 minutes. (Use stopwatch on your phone - need to be very precise about the time!) If you get it too dark, it looks amateurish. Don't try to get rid of all the gray. Leaving a little makes you look more natural and consistent with rest of your appearance. For example, when a man in his 50's has dark hair without a hint of grey, it does look odd [and unnatural]. Also, if you wash your hair every day, you will wash out the dye [and the natural oils in your hair). If you aren't rolling around in the playground or building sand castles, you don't need to wash with shampoo as often.
