If you can find clippers these days, it's pretty easy. Just use the attachments that come with them. I've been doing my own for years. And now is the perfect time to practice because if you fuck it up, you'll have weeks to let it grow back in.

I bought this circular buzz clipper and it worked; obviously not hair saloon quality, but good enough for looking ok on zoom meetings

it is called Conair Evencut Haircut Kit and it was ~50 bucks

When the barber shops open up it may be jammed and I was not planning to see any hair cur girls that see 10-16 people a day with 3-4 or the girls that see 10-16 people a day. I think I will wait to see if the virus really dies down. For now I checked out a youtube hair cu tutorial,
bought a clipper at Canadian Tire and did it myself. It was not a bad job, now I can wait till August for a pro hair cut.

You might remember when Dave Hodge hosted Hockey Night in Canada and his hair looked like a helmet. That is exactly how mine is growing mine would never get long just keeps growing out! PLUS the hair on the BACK of my neck would be PERFECT for a comb over IF I needed one.

Update - on the weekend my wife finally decided it was time, she ran the clippers over this old melon using the number three guard. A little shorter on top than normal but I felt like I lost 10 pounds.

It was pretty funny she started and was like - are you sure about this guard it looks like a lot of hair coming off!

Never owned hair clippers or cut my own hair before until last month. So far, I've now done 2 COVID haircuts already. My next one will be in about a week or so.

Watched some clips of beautiful girls on youtube shaving their head bald. I then said if chicks can pull it off so easily, I'm gonna do it too. LOL This video below has been the most useful out of all the ones I've seen.

Just do it guys. You only have a bad hair cut for two weeks. And if you can't take a little ribbing you need to buck up.

I did mine, #2. Wife trimmed the bits with my beard trimmer so can't cut me.

No one will think twice about it.
