To be fair to the OP though, he is paying for "an experience". Apparently, he did not receive that. We have not heard from the other party to this story for a complete perspective, that said, it is within the prerogative of the OP to walk away, it's his money.

Also, nothing in the ad mentions accommodating wardrobe requests. And the photos are dated to March 2021. Only a fool would expect a travelling provider to have access to every outfit they've ever posted a picture of themselves in. Nothing in the OP's description indicates that the request was OK'd by any of the parties involved.

Expecting custom outfits and makeup for a chintzy half-hour booking is insane, and the kind of behaviour that gives Ottawa clients their bad reputation.

Question for the geniuses itt: what was she supposed to do if she didn't have the outfit or red lipstick with her?

If the guy made the request and was told it would be met, the fault is with the service provider, not the client. It was on the YFL booking agent to tell him that it was an unreasonable request, if that's what it was. My guess is the agency screwed up and not her, since agencies are often careless with those kinds of details, but I see no fault on his side.

I find the YFL girls to be good and same goes with my experiences with them.

But please YFL, STOP lying to clients! If the girl only does lfk and not dfk, then don't promise dfk! If the girl doesn't have a certain outfit, then don't promise it. It seems like you're just trying to bait a larger poll of clients rather then being honest. And then these "complaining reviews" pop up a few times.

Same can be said about the photoshoot/enhanced pictures...

All this being said, the majority of your girls are great and keep bringing them. It's YOU as the Booker that needs to improve a few things in my opinion.

I've had no issue with YFL and promised services. They've always been upfront with what is and isn't available.

I think the issue here is mostly with the YFL booking person. They have been nothing but rude and irrational when I've reached out to them.

The last time I responded to an ad, posted to Ottawa LL, was a response in all caps and many exclamation marks to use the correct telephone number. I thought I must have missed a second number in the ad but confirmed it was the only ad.

When I mentioned this, they became very rude. It was very odd.

Later on, when speaking in person with a SP they confirmed they weren't surprised it happened.
