Ok guys, I'm pmsing, so this may come off as a bit harsh, but I don't mean it to be.

As a...ahem...former SP, I can say from experience that things DO come up. I have been fortunate to only disappoint two clients and was able to make it up to them. I worked as an indie, so when things came up, no one was there to answer my door or my phone. My clients took it well and happily rebooked with me.

I think if Hammertm needed to help Stacy with whatever the issue was kudos to him for taking the time to care about the sp's and help them out. I don't have that privledge. It was up to me. It can be an inconvenience to the out of town clients, granted, but if Stacy was worth driving an hour to see one time, she'd be worth it again. I don't know what the problem was, and it's none of our business, but wouldn't you want to see her healthy and happy instead with something on her mind, or medically wrong?

The intent of my original post was to simply say proceed with caution as this was completely out of character, highly irregular and had never happened to me in probably a dozen visits. You all remember maybe a year ago ASA ceased for a while for what we were led to believe was L E related.

Stacey did send me an apology via PM which I really wasn't looking for.

What I am looking forward to, is Stacey picking me up in Elora, taking me to Waterloo for our appointment and returning me back to Elora, then we're GOOD. Just kidding.

Shit happens but I believe Hammertm still runs a pretty good business. He puts his ass on the line (not literally) everyday to run this operation with the risk of being busted. Over the years he's probably arranged 1000+ appointments for guys with no problem at all. He's introduced new girls and brought back classic ones. I for one am appreciative and thankful.

But this is how some of you jerk offs treat him. You lurk behinds the scenes... take the information you need and then when you finally do contribute something... you bitch. Nothing positive to this board... all negative.

Some of you couldn't run a pop bottle return operation... but you give him shit for a couple screw ups. Have any of you tried scheduling people? Well in this industry it's about 1000 times more difficult.

One day he'll be gone and then I wonder what you'll bitch and whine about then.

The most I get is clients who arrive early by 15-30 mins and I'm not ready, or ones who have completely missed their appointments and still expect service when they just show up (really disrespectful IMO).

I thought the idea behind this board was to post information about the good and "not so good" experiences with sp's and agencies. The number of posts praising asa and the service they provide (including my own) when compared to a few "no so good" speak for themselves. But that does not mean that we should stifle legitimate reviews, good or bad. I am assuming that asa will use that information to improve on an already excellent operation. Many good businessmen (or women) appreciate negative feedback even more than positive.

Calloway, notwishstanding that I most often much appreciate your comments, with all due respect, your choice of words may put you in the same class of whoever you are ranting about. I honestly have difficulty trying so understand the how some of these comments could possibly be construed as constructive.

You can all take these comments with a huge grain of salt, since i clearly do not have the amount of experience here as most of you. That's my "2bits" worth.

I'm asking people to put some perspective on the situation. I think I've read 6 complaints about Hammertm's operation all these years. Six out of how many great sessions he's helped KW. If you don't like the way Hammertm runs his business... don't go. Pretty simple isn't it? If you have a crappy session with a girl... go knock yourself out... post away.

When Hammertm does screw up... he always comes online and explains the situation and apologizes. Considering the industry he's in... girls come and go daily. So then, for the sake of fairness, let's be merciful upon ALL the other working girls, sparing them the wrath of our negative feedback (even if they are not associated with A Step Above) when they fail to honour appointments. After all, just like hammertm, they put their "asses on the line" under the ever-looming threat of LE: they encounter uncontrollable contingencies just as he does as a agency manager.

can't remember who posted it but, someone said 4 times in 6 weeks... i'm neither a fan nor a disgruntled customer of asa, but i can vouch for bad days or chunks of time, i've had a sound system stolen from my car, been victim of a hit and run in a parkinglot, had my ski poles stolen one day and my skis taken the next and a speeding ticket on the third, and all these happened in about a 4 week span... benefit of doubt given to hammer for his long running respectable business
