I received a call from someone using my number to me so my phone is obviously hacked, then I get all kinds of messages saying that he is reading my mail and he has got my name and address from this site , so if anyone gets a message from me it is not me I will be changing my phone and computer sorry for any inconvenience ,

You may want to consider validating if you really were hacked. It is possible to send almost any caller ID you want on a call if you want. I do work with IT security (including phones) and can give you details not only of how you may be "fake" hacked, but how you can make sure you are secure going forward. If the person had details from your email then it's probable that only your email was hacked. Changing your phone and computer aren't always the best way to secure yourself again. If you don't understand where the breach happened then nothing stops it from happening again in the future. If you do understand how it happened then you can make a sure decision on if replacing your equipment is either necessary or effective.

There is a site where you put in the number you would like to show up when they call, so they probably just used that and are trying to freak you out

I agree with all of the above. It's super easy to call from any number then bluff about having all your info. I'm more concerned that you mentioned him getting all of your info from this site? First, I doubt terb has been hacked, but even so I personally use prepaids for everything work related, and I don't give my actual name or address for billing here or elsewhere; with prepaids you can do that. That way I never have to worry, and I feel terribly that you are right now. Sorry you're going through this. If you can find reliable help to figure out the Breach, and if there really is one, I'd do it, then aim to not provide personal details whenever possible.
