What is PeePee's climate change plan?

The PC party once in power will probably set a less ambitious
emission target than the Liberals'. Trudeau pledged zero emission
by 2050 and something like a 40--50% reduction by 2030 from the
2005 level. I guess PC may reset the target to something like 20 to
30% reduction by 2050. In my eyes all emission targets irrespective
of the ruling party are bogus.

Much of what the current government is doing is essentially what any government would necessarily have to do.
Much of what is wrong in Canada is due to international woes afflicting many nations and Canada‘s continued drop in productivity relative to other nations. However Trudeau has been PM for 10 years, his domestic policies and his collusion with the NDP means he wears the responsibility for Canada‘s problems which the way it should be. Trudeau has lost the nation’s confidence to govern for the most part but I don’t think that Poilievre has any solutions unfortunately.
Canada seems poised to elect a Conservative government, that is right wing by Canada standards during a time when Canadians are clamouring for even more social services which will make for a strange bedfellows.
