actually, tbill never used/run his board as a business...
don't mind those slight attempts... that weren't his ideas.. there was something else... he did pretty well without it, but alone he wasn't strong enough... after all, he is just a man.

and you have to admit, his board was quite entertaining...

Ditto. I thought it added to what TERB brings to the table. Combined, you got a pretty good balance of input on the industry as a whole. Both boards added together gave a much broader perspective. I personally was a memeber of TERB long before TBill's hissy fit and consequential start up of GTAC, but I liked the writing, the personalities, the directory and the discounts.

Wish GTAC was still up, they catered yes to the men. Why are street girls bad again? much much worse than what? And why is finding a gem you see on a ongoing basis for an affordable amount wrong? And why do users at Terb decide who is affordable and less expensive? I liked GTAC , also on here and like it, but dont tell me I cannot read both.

The point about tbill not seeing GTAC as a business is a good one. If a board like this is run as a business, and is making money, it will continue to grow and improve. Without the profit motive, there was no incentive for tbill to keep it going once it became to much of a hassle (or whatever reason he had for shutting it down).

Pity, as it had some great aspects. But it was doomed to fail eventually.

I fully support and agree with the comments by TimDog (09/08/2004)..however life goes on after death. One thing was for sure...he didn't rise again from the dead after three days.

Also for all those who miss the "specials"/atmosphere/etc from GTAC, stop your crying. If you miss the board so much get off your duff and go start one in the image of GTAC.
