July 5th, and the Feds are providing a one-time rebate (up to $225 for seniors / varied amounts for others), ostensibly to buy groceries, but there is no requirement to do so. Hey, that's about $4 per week and will purchase a can of tuna and a pack of crackers... but only if you make an incall to Dollarama. Who has a suggestion for a better investment possibilities.... ladies?
