Ah, Lord Grey's cup. Just another one of the Lord's Cups that the Leafs have no chance of winning this year....

I think montreal will lose this year by at least 10 points. Ray will pick apart that suspect secondary.

Down there....
The Eskimos by seven. They've played better than the Alouettes in the second half of the season. Besides, Ricky Ray is the best field general in the league - although this detail isn't yet widely recognized.

...this is starting to worry me here...I'm the only one to pick the Als and the only reason I did that is that I'm from Calgary and hate all things Edmonton...I may have to rethink this now.

Yes and thankfully we know the Senators won't win it either so we don't have to deal with the diappointment of another playoff meltdown.

I'm going for the Esks because I can't stand Don Matthews.
There's still some bad blood between Matthews and the Esks for his firing a couple of seasons ago. Can't wait for a Matthews meltdown and a big Esks win. It's just like my childhood memories...Esk vs. Als with Tom Wilkinson handing off to Neil Lumsden, Kelly running the deep paterns, Scott coming accross the middle and a solid D led by Dan Kepley pounding the Als and winning 5 Grey Cups.

Oh the memories...:)

Here and there
As a die-hard Shreveport Pirates fan, my pick is: Edmonton 31 Montreal 23.

Esks will be up by +10 at halftime. The Als will make adjustments, like they did last week against Toronto, but it won`t be enough on the frozen tundra of Lamb, er, Taylor Field.

Ya know...I actually miss the US expansion teams. If for nothing more than the variety and not having to see Hamilton and Toronto play five times a year.
