This reminds me of when Ontario invested in one of the biggest coal plants in North America...because we all know pollution recognizes borders on a map.

Yes, Norway nationalized their oil, invested in renewables and the country
They have trillions stocked away in reserves.

Alberta, the conservative paradise, has fuck all.
No savings, expensive and unreliable electricity and a shit ton of dirty oil tailings and old oil pumps.

No they don't. And even if they do they're a very small country. Easy to do with not many people to provide energy to.
