You should be more assertive with clients who inquire about it. I prefer seeing woman for greek and many who haven't seen me before always instruct me on being gentle at the start and progress little by little. The trick is lots of good lube and to go slowly at first. Once you're all the way in, then you can start gently thrusting and the two of you can work it up to a good pounding, but definitely can't be done initially.
