I have a HP ipeq PDA with a blue tooth satelite receiver, can anyone suggest a software for navigation?

How does Tom Tom compare to MS Street and Trip. I have laptop with it installed but willing to switch to Tom Tom if much bettter. I drive about 10,000 KM per month mostly in the TO region so the GPS had minimal gains as I know the streets well. However, outside Toronto I am very weak.

Microsoft Street and Tips just tells you were you are if you're using a handheld. I don't know how it works on a laptop, I do understand that you'd have to have a GPS chip and antena attached. Don't know if it gives you instructions as you drive like TomTom. You can check out Microsoft's website for details.
