The Ryugyong Hotel, in Pyongyang, North Korea is a half-finished, megalomaniac monstrosity. North Korean dictator Kim wanted to build the biggest building in the world and ran out of money leaving the behemoth structure abandoned and half finished, towering above the skyline.
