Goose bumps and music

Do you get "goosebumps/chills" when listening to music?

Some people do get them and others don't, I am of the latter, I never knew people have this response when grooving to their jams.

A study has shown that people that get the goosebumps/chills are highly in tune with their emotions, I guess I'm "Vulcan".

I love getting the goose bumps feeling based on an emotional response and not through just music... it's always nice when a song touches you like that. I find it's rare but nevertheless beautiful when it happens especially when you form that connection with someone else and that moment hits you. I don't know I necessary agree with that statement that people who get goose bumps are highly in tune to their emotions but can see why they would make that statement.

Morricone's music has always been emotional, the trumpet is legendary in the ending of "a fist full of dollars" ...it starts at 1:13....rises at 1:44 and peeks at 2:00.

Morricone's music is the backbone in many movies...

Other than the love theme Nino Rota also wrote separate
tunes for the two protagonists in the 1968 film version of Rome and Juliet. This less known theme is about as memorable as the famous love theme.

If there is one piece of music from Nino Rota that gives me
goose bumps instantly at first listening I have to pick, it will
be one of the tracksfrom the soundtrack 'The Abdication' named,
if I remember correctly, 'Child's play'.

listen to Carl Davis performing his magnificent
score accompanying the reconstructed version
of Abel Gance's Napoleon. Here is another piece
