Goodtime beverage: Best Tim Hortons in GTA

I know a few MPers that like to get their Caffeine fix before/after sessions. Give us your best pick for Best Tim's in GTA. In terms of quality:

- Menu: Coffee/Ice Caps (yes I drink that on sunny winter days) and food freshness
- Service
- location
- Eyecandy: self explanatory
- Cleanliness: the location not the attendents

I hear the Yonge/College is ideal for popular location and eyecandies. I like the University/Dundas location for foot traffic in the summer time.

Oh, since we are in the same area, the Village by The Grange foodcourt has a really nice looking tray cleaner. She has dark brown hair and is about 5'10. Go have a look while you sip on your Timmie's coffee there.

small towns

does anyone else notice that you will be in some small town in the middle of the sticks.....like Listowell or something, and the drive through girl at TH will be smokin hot, then you check your watch to make sure its still before 3:30 and this is not her after school shift. It amazing what can be found in these small towns sometimes if you turn over the right rock.

As far as I'm concerned there's no good Timmys around. It's coffee has really deteriorated over the past year or so. If you're looking for eye candy, I've found Second Cups are the best.

Eye Candy: Many of the servers at Lettieri (Cumberland / Belair) are to my taste. Just Desserts has nice waitresses but this place is not very accommodating in getting your order your way and there are always menue items which aren't available for some reason. Secound Cup at Eglinton subway had some gorgeous Korean ladies last year but there is alot of turnover lately, Eaton location is OK. Marche at Eatons and Yonge /Wellington usually have something for every taste. At food courts, I find the family run Mmmmuffin franchises have cute HS girls working evenings & weekends. Club district coffee shops get nice looking traffic. Of course none of this compares to the old Plantation at Steeles / Warden and in Markaham back when I had a car (is it still the same?)

Coffee: I'm becoming more of a Starbucks man. Although I hate conglomerates and the yuppies are anoying, the service is way better - no rude squegee kid types - if I want a medium coffee in a large cup, I get it without attitude. Biggest caffine jolt. Best butter croissant in town. Best bathrooms. Timmothys used to be my favourite, but service & facilities have slipped, some of the coffees don't taste as good, though I like their esspresso and the German Chocolate Cake & Amaretto flavours are still great. Most downtown Second Cups have turned into dumps with poor service (exept for John st. @Queene & King) but I still go when they serve the sweeter brews like SanAugustin, LaMinita & PlumaOxcana.

I'm not a snob, but I find Donut Shop coffee tastes like charcoal water.

I don't find the Pita server sexy. Too much hair on face & chest for my taste. The server having a tool in pants is also not my preference I was there late the other night and she was a HE. May be next time...

I stopped by and said hi to the Sakura girls but only 1 was from the past. While the Gypsy gentleman was there scavenge for newspaper as usual. I see the chinese restaurant is turning into a Korean Grill. Hm, tough biz as the Queen st. Korean grill is just down the street with good following.

Been too long since I hung out around Bay/Bloor area since the old Bloor st diner days. Didn't know there is a Just Desserts there? It used to be my fav. during my Cheesecake days.

I love Mache for their large bowl of Cafe O'lait. For some reason it doesn't taste the way it used to. Not enough foam or milk?

I believe the Plantation @ Warden & Steeles is another cafe/diner place. But the one on Commence Valley on Hwy 7 seem to be quite busy. There is also the Kennedy/Denison coffee place that is also busy late nights. Haven't try neither as don't get to hang out much at nights.

As an aside:

An ex GF of mine worked at Timmies just before becoming a dancer. She told me IHO the manager there always hired the best looking applicants everytime they were hiring. Most of the time he did not even look at the application she said. If they fit the 'profile' they were hired.

Don't know about coffee, but when I'm banking...

Haven't seen too many hotties at the coffee shop.

But as for great service when it comes to banking, I make sure that I make my way to TD CanTrust on Evans across from Sherway. I always ask to speak to the Head Teller who is this hot little portuguese number. Untill 3 weeks ago I never went to the bank in person, but I had to wire money to family overseas and had to go in person. Well waiting in line I noticed a fox sitting behind the glass and could not keep my eyes off her. Fortunately when I was up next the "male" teller could not figure out his ass from a hole in the ground, and quickly came the fox. She was observing for a couple of seconds and then told him to take another customer at the next station. Fortunately for me I had a lot of money in my account at the time and I think this caught her eye. When all was said and done, she said that in order to avoid this frustration to call ahead and make sure she was able to take care of me.

Second visit I recieved some euros that I wanted to deposit in a foreign currency account and just went there. This time I made sure to dump every single penny I had into my chequing account as I was planning on asking her for a statement. Well this worked like a charm and after a bit of small talk (flirting) she asked if I was married or had a girlfriend and if I would like to set up a joint account. Check-Mate! Noticed immediately her wedding ring and though to myself what the hell is she up to. Well tomorrow I have to go in person again, to discuss a GIC. (no intention of getting it but what the hell)

So what does this have to do with coffee. Nothing, but those Caramel Corretto's at Second Cup are fantastic. Especially when being served by the bbw at the one on queensway also across from Sherway

Nope, didn't see the tray lady.

Those OCAD girls are too eager for attention. Really nasty in groups. Few times, some showed skin in hope of getting response from yours truly's. I'm tall so tend to stand out. Most of the time they just want to be noticed, nothing more, teenage hormone, I guess. I usually bring reading material if I'm alone, so I don't get distracted but the girls just talk louder and # of times circle my table to draw attention.

There was one time when one of the two BofM Asian hotties (Grade A- MPA quality) flirted with me there and later run into them again at Tim's while getting Ice Cap. Ah, sweet temptation.
