It probably is, i think i heard that they are really cracking down on stuff like that since they seem to be the bootleg capital of the world. I think it was there or Thailand that they filled a pit with bootleg dvds and steamrolled it too.

Yeah i don't use Kazaa except as a last resort since there seems to be too many viruses roaming around it. I usually go with bittorrent for whole cds or WinMX.

Maybe the server is temporarily down or maybe you have to register, I'm not sure
